Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup peaches, sliced
  • ½ cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup ice cubes
  • 2 tbsp ground flax seed
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, minced
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients into a single-serve blender or full size blender until well combined. Serve with a sprig of mint!
